Tentfort
2006

These simple, velcro-striped triangles lets children produce play forts or tents easily! Produced during a three-week toy workshop taught by Hayes Raffle. (vigloo?)

A small tentfort made from only five pieces.
(built to scale: 1 inch = 1 foot)

The pieces overlap like fish scales, so builders can create larger surfaces.

The tents are made of velcro-striped cardboard triangles.

The triangles are stiff in one direction, but flex in another, allowing builders to make conical tentforts quickly.

More pieces means larger forts! This was built with twelve.

Of course, the tents can be decorated!

When flattened and paired, the pieces stack perfectly on a 4'x4' pallet.
