Man with Sphere black and white pencil on neutral paper Venice, Italy 7.18.2000 This stone sculpture stands atop a three storey library wall in St. Mark's Square. I sat near the foot of the wall, hence the oblique perspective. I found it wasn't easy drawing a person from an angle other than head-on. I wasn't able to figure out what that orb tucked under his arm was.
